About
I am an interdisciplinary artist currently working on a BFA in Painting with a minor in Gender & Sexuality Studies at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY.

The bliss and pain that follows the experience of fading memory provides the necessary tension that carries my work. My body of work is made up of paintings and screen printed watercolor monotypes on a variety of substrates. These mediums allows for spills and capillaries of paint to show through with few distinguishable marks. Through my work, I endeavor to capture the contours of fuzzy memories.  Each piece exists as a landscape in which memory, nostalgia, and experience all melt into a field of play. They reflect the draining tangibility of recollection and security. My work highlights the displacement, disorder, and serenity in the unconscious. It focuses on the disconnect between the present and the past. I work to capture the unintelligible dialect of unraveled memory.
